What search terms are your customers using?

On page optimization is very essential to gain visibility in the search results as without optimizing your on page factors, you won’t be found in the Search Engines. Google doesn’t want to deliver you “results” anymore, they want to deliver answers. And the best answers don’t come from content farms, they come from websites that are crafted with their visitors -- human beings -- in mind. Within the space of 3 years, it has become significantly easier to find businesses, stores or items nearby, creating a shift in user’s intent and search behavior. Users no longer have to include their location in search queries, such as inputting “coffee shops in Queens” into Google. Picking the right keywords to optimize for is very important. Usually, it’s a good idea to pick mid-tail keywords, including the local area you are focusing on. Mobile friendliness is an important ranking factor for search rankings. More and more users are using their mobile devices to surf the internet. In some areas, over 70% of users visit websites on mobile. What does this mean for you? Every sitepage should be optmized for mobile. Every. Single. One.

Create Images That Attract Links

Google has really focused its algorithm on providing relevant content in search. They want to improve the user experience y providing the most relevant search results for the query or question being asked. This means that while you can have great backlinks, you still need to also have great content. Search engines have made it clear: a vitally important part of the future of search is “rich results.” The sites that Google will rank highest for a particular search term are the ones that appear the most relevant and that have the best content and best design. At the same time though, they will also be the ones that have the most trust. This means that Google considers them an authoritative resource and expects the information on their site to be accurate and well-written. When you're ready to scale your strategy, consider hiring a professional SEO agency or a highly skilled independent contractor. We knowconsumers want personal interactions with brands, but they also want them in real time

Get Keyword Suggestions

Links found within the main body text of a webpage is more valuable than links found in separate plugins or widgets found elsewhere on the page. Giving readers relevant information and links to interesting third party websites is definitely the easier of the two methods for creating quality links. Link Building is about more than just giving people the information they asked for though; if they never see those links, then those links aren’t really any good. At the same time, you also need to consider something called ‘LSI’ or ‘Latent Semantic Indexing’. This is basically a fancy term that explains how Google now understands actual meaning rather than just looking to match words. The way it does this is at least partly by looking for synonyms and related terms when trying to answer questions. In short, don’t just use the exact keyphrase but be sure to use lots of relevant and related language. So, how does Google determine site quality? Check archive.org (Wayback Machine) or Screenshots.com to make sure the website has a clean history, particularly its most recent history. This has happened to me a couple times, so I look out for it now. If at any point it looks like the domain was home to a PBN site (private blog network), avoid it at all costs. It may have a pure spam penalty! You may begin with top-level, aggregate numbers, but you must drill down into specific pages that can improve products, services, and business sales.

Adding keywords to your alt text may seem minor

Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant from SEO Hull, commented: "PageRank (PR) is an old Google ranking system that was publicly visible. You could see what the PR of a page or domain was and you’d know how powerful it was." Do your maths - its one of the primary resources for this sort of thing. Its as simple as KS2 Maths. Really! Your Title Tags are far-and-away the most important places to put your keywords. The reason you want natural, helpful, informative links is that you don’t want to have to constantly replace links ignored by the search engines and you don’t want to suffer from penalties and downgrades. Link acquisition should happen without anxiety. Testimonial link building is a win-win scenario. Many businesses offer you the chance to say a few words about your experience using their products. Often, the best SEO strategy is to focus on long tail terms—search terms that are highly specific, relevant, and with strong buying intent.

A backlink is a link to your site from another site

If you are using Google analytics platform you can reduce bounce rate even further by implementing event tracking for outgoing links that lead for example to a third party booking engine (if cross domain tracking isn’t supporting it from your vendor) or use virtual pageviews functionality to track inbound phone calls from your mobile optimized website. The trueanswer of whether social plays a role in search rankings may not always be written out in black and white. But you can leverage social to win at SEO. That part is crystal clear. Google already gives ranking boosts to sites on a secure protocol (https vs. http) and this emphasis on security will only grow as time passes. Solving real customer problems is a major key to mastering evergreen content marketing. Don ’t keyword stuff  write naturally using synonyms, relevant terms and lots of nouns Build a brand and focus on consistent quality.

What search terms are your customers using?

Search engines are adapting and beginning to favor natural, more speech-like content, so to keep up we have to provide content in the same way. We have to think like our customers and answer the questions they’re asking in as concise and an informative way possible. You want people to subscribe to your blog by providing you an email address. You can then market to them with your newer blog posts, content offers or sales. Just make sure not to spam them; no one wants to receive an email every day pushing a purchase. Writing aheadline to reach out to multiple audiences may seem like a smart move but only if it is not at the cost of optimisation. The issue is that we need the headline to perform strongly on social media as well as attract website visitors as well. Too many backlinks from many unreliable domains can hinder the authoritative signals of your domain. Another quick, and valuable SEO tactic – see what your competitors are ranking for. Go to one of the tools used to check out our own rankings, but put in a competitor domain. You’ll quickly see what terms they are getting traffic from, and can take the best for yourself!
